Rajeev Ispat Udyog ("we", "us", "TCMS") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or interact with us, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

This is a B2B-oriented industrial goods store. We collect only what is necessary to process your order or enquiry.

02 — Information We Collect

We may collect the following when you place an order, submit a contact form enquiry, or interact with us:

• Contact details — name, phone number, email address
• Delivery address — for shipping your order
• GSTIN — if provided, for issuing a GST-compliant invoice
• Order details — products ordered, quantities, and transaction references
• Enquiry content — when you submit a message via our Contact Us page, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), and the message you send. This information is stored securely and used solely to respond to your enquiry.

We do not collect, receive, or store payment card details, bank account details, or UPI credentials. Payment is processed directly via PhonePe UPI (integrated at checkout) — all payment data is handled exclusively by PhonePe and is subject to their privacy policy.

You do not need to create an account to browse products or submit machine enquiries. A verified email address is required to place an order through our online checkout. You may sign in using a one-time email code or via Google Sign-In. If you sign in with Google, we receive your display name and email address from your Google account and store them in your profile for the purpose of pre-filling your checkout and order details. No other Google account data is accessed or stored.

03 — How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfil your order
• To issue GST invoices where a GSTIN is provided
• To communicate order status, delivery updates, or follow up on enquiries via phone or WhatsApp
• To respond to pre-sale queries about product specifications or availability

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.

04 — Data Sharing

We share your information only to the extent necessary to fulfil your order or enquiry, and only with the following categories of service providers:

• Payment processing — your order total and transaction reference are passed to our payment gateway (PhonePe) to complete checkout. We do not receive or store your UPI credentials, card details, or bank account information — this data never touches our systems.
• Delivery — your name, delivery address, and phone number are shared with our logistics partner and the assigned courier solely to deliver your order.
• Account sign-in — if you sign in with Google, your name and email address are received from Google and stored in your profile to pre-fill checkout. No other Google account data is accessed.
• Phone verification — your mobile number is shared with a phone OTP provider transiently to deliver a one-time verification code during checkout. It is not used for any other purpose by that provider.
• Order communication — if you or we initiate contact via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to Meta's privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third party for any purpose.

05 — Data Retention

We retain order and contact information only for as long as required to fulfil the order and meet our statutory obligations under Indian GST and accounting law (typically 6 years from the date of the relevant transaction).

06 — Cookies & Analytics

This website uses cookies for session management and analytics. No advertising or profiling cookies are used.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data — pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate location (city level). This data is processed by Google LLC and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. It is used solely to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

07 — Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

In accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the following rights as a Data Principal:

• Right of Access — request a summary of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
• Right to Erasure — request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations under GST and accounting law
• Right to Grievance Redressal — raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (see below) if you believe your data has been processed in violation of applicable law

We will acknowledge data-related requests within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 working days.
