Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and payment is confirmed.
Payment confirmation commits your inventory immediately. Please verify all product specifications, grades, and quantities before completing your purchase. If you have any doubts, contact us before ordering.
Once your order has been dispatched, no cancellation can be processed. Title and risk pass to the buyer on dispatch.
In exceptional cases — such as stock unavailability, a pricing error, or force majeure — we may cancel a confirmed order. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
We offer a 2-day return window if a product arrives damaged, defective, or if we have dispatched an incorrect item. To raise a return, contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchange or replacement deliveries will be completed within 5–7 business days of the return being approved and picked up.
Our products are industrial goods — cutting tools, carbide dies, and power tools — sold to specific grades and dimensions. Refunds are not issued for reasons of buyer change of mind, compatibility issues, or ordering an incorrect grade or size.
